homeland security
raver2005 asked:

ok – i was told that if im being followed by a recruiter and complain i’m interfearing with national security. however i thought the militaries responsibility for wars and stuff abroad or when the government puts them into motion.

the police are responsible for maintain order and local government.

the department of homeland security maintains within the realm of homeland security/
hey morons, i dont care if the recruiter jumps off a skyscraper. ok. period. no pun intended.

but i like to sit around a marinate and read stuff. so someone told me or i got the impression that if someone is on active duty they have the ability to police or act as security guards within the united states and report suspicious activity to the police.

im not on active duty and im have never been a non commisioned officer so i do not know the exact technical specifications of that. seems more civil than anything else.

however if what they said was true.

im debateing or just pondering over the curriculum i was reading and what agency is responsible for homeland and national security.

i know there is DHS i dont think they do much of anything. pretty much all organizations work for some weird other organization like the treasury or some internal stability entity of the united states. but its all like a loop hole. so like if you read into one thing then its technical specifications
indicate something other than what the upmost power says. being the president.

but locally and jurisdictionally all of that relies on local law enforcement. and upholding their laws unless a governer or congress requests some kind of trmporary change in law or something of that nature.

i was just wondering. i was in the army. but i dont like the police word. i stay away from them. so well exclude them from discussion. but of the army and dhs and all those other people who is responsible for homeland security. i know they have places like norad and all that other stuff that maintain a radar shield or survelience over the country. coast guard patrols the shores but you dont here much of military personel securing the homeland front. border control i think they are part of dhs.
