Which would be better for a Career in Homeland Security afterward, Joining the Marines or the Coast Guard?

I dont know which I should join in order to become an FBI agent afterward, or work elsewhere in Homeland Security, the Marines or the Coast Guard. Right Now, I decided on an MP in the Marine Corps. Can anyone else give me an Idea? Thank you! OH and also, can you give me an idea of what I should do in either branch (I heard the MOS for Intelligence looks good for something like homeland security in the Marine Corps).
