So I have been on this site called college confidential trying to help people out. Problem is that I was banned from the site for “rude behavior” but in reality what happened was some users just reported me.

Now this site has a policy of not letting “returned banner users” come back but somehow when I do come back this lady keeps picking me out. I read on her profile that her occupation is “homeland security”. If that is her occupation, is it true that people in that field can view your IP Address and everything?
